Private Equity and Debt

Sprott's Private Equity and Debt strategies are managed by our Sprott Consulting LP business unit through management services agreements (MSA). These strategies were developed to capitalize on our expertise in natural resources and provide our wealth management and brokerage clients and other investors access to counter-cyclical merchant banking and private equity-style investments, while diversifying our revenue mix through fee income generated by the  MSAs.

Our Managed Companies

	Sprott Resource Corp. invests and operates through its subsidiaries in the natural resource sector, including oil and gas, agriculture and agricultural nutrients.
	Sprott Resource Lending Corp. is a natural resource lender focused on providing financing to mining and oil and gas companies.
	Sprott Toscana is a Calgary based mezzanine lender specializing in providing debt financing alternatives to companies engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas assets in Western Canada.
